Ingredients: Priorat Arbequina olives, water, salt, and aromatic herbs.
Gluten free product
Product without preservatives or colorings. 100% natural.
Presentation: Glass jar of 210 g and 440 g (drained weight).
For professional use: Glass jar of 2,500 g (drained weight).
Shelf life: 24 months.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation. Once opened, keep it refrigerated.
We select the olives by quality for each batch, and each batch is also sorted by size. They are placed in vats with water and salt (each in the corresponding proportion). Once the olives have fermented, we change the water and add the appropriate aromatic herbs. When the desired flavor is achieved, they are packaged with water and salt. To ensure preservation, the olives are pasteurized (water bath) after packaging.
