Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation. Once opened, keep refrigerated between 5º and 8º C.
We carefully select our raw materials and blend them together very slowly, perfectly emulsifying the different ingredients to achieve an allioli with a smooth texture and a mild flavor.
Once the allioli is ready, we pack it into glass jars and pasteurize them at a controlled temperature to ensure long-lasting and proper preservation.
