Almond and powdered sugar chocolates 80g

Ingredients: Marcona almonds, sugar, cocoa, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla, and powdered sugar.

May contain traces of nuts, milk, and gluten.

Presentation: 80g tin. Glass jars of 140g, 215g, and 420g. Vacuum packed.

Shelf life: 12 months for the tin, 18 months for the glass jar. Product without preservatives or additives. 100% natural.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation.

We inspect the dried fruit, previously selected by size (16mm) and quality, to remove as many defective pieces as possible.

We cook it entirely by hand (about 1,700 g at a time), following a traditional recipe based on water, sugar, and plenty of patience. Once the candied almonds reach the perfect point, we remove them from the pan and let them cool. When cooled, we dip them in dark chocolate and then coat them with powdered sugar. Immediately afterward, we vacuum-pack them in glass jars to ensure the best possible preservation of the product.
