INTRODUCTION TO OLIVE OIL WORLD

Discover with us the world of olive oil through a guided olive oil taste in a fun and enjoyable way. Discover all the essence of the olive oil with a guided tasting. We will learn about the differences among an extra virgin, a virgin and an olive oil and we will practice how to find the different flavors and qualities. At the end, you will know how to characterize an oil!

THE PRIORAT TRADITION: OIL + VERMOUTH

Enjoy to of the most popular products in our region: oil and vermouth First, we will draw close to the fascinating world of olive oil through a guided tasting where you will learn about the main properties of olive oil and the different types of oils, how to classify the oil depending on the quality and much more. Then we will make a vermouth tasting, where you will try an authentic and traditional vermouth, full of aromas from our land

LOCAL PRIORAT FLAVORS

We invite you enjoy a trip through our region flavors, with two guided tastings: our vermouth and different local olive oils that will let you to acquire the basic knowledge to make you able to experience oil in a higher level. You will also enjoy some of our local self-made products grown on site. We will prepare some “tapas” for you. You can’t miss it!

ESCAPE TO PRIORAT

Take a walk through the vineyards, enjoy a wine tasting and complete the experience with a guided oil tasting Discover Buil & Giné winery, a leading winery with very interesting and high-quality wines. Also immerse yourself in the fascinating world of extra virgin olive oil. We will learn about the different types of olive oils, and we will practice how to find their flavors and qualities.
