Ingredients: Olive oil, tomatoes from our own crops and local farmers, roasted almonds, roasted hazelnuts, peppers, salt, garlic, breadcrumbs, spices, and a whole lot of love—to achieve a romesco with exceptional texture and flavor.
Product without preservatives. 100% natural.
Allergens: nuts (almonds, hazelnuts) and gluten.
Presentation: 185g glass jar.
Shelf life: 18 months.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation. Once opened, keep refrigerated between 5º and 8º C.
We carefully select, clean, and prepare each of the ingredients needed to make our romesco. Once ready, we blend them slowly in the proper order to achieve a unique grainy texture and a flavor that is both mild and intense.
Once the romesco is ready, we pack it into glass jars and pasteurize them at a controlled temperature to ensure long-lasting and proper preservation.
