Ingredients: Broken olives, water, salt, and aromatic herbs.
Gluten-free product, no preservatives or colorants. 100% natural.
Packaging: Glass jar of 210g and 440g (drained weight).
For professional use: Glass jar of 2500g (drained weight).
Shelf life: 24 months.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation. Once opened, keep it refrigerated.
We select olives by quality for each batch, and each batch is also sorted by size. They are placed in vats with water and salt (each in the appropriate proportion). Once the olives have fermented, we change the water and add Mediterranean aromatic herbs. When the desired flavor is achieved, they are packaged with water and salt. To ensure preservation, the jars are pasteurized (in a water bath) after packaging.
