Almond and cocoa chocolates

Ingredients: Marcona almonds, water, sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla flavor, and cocoa powder.

May contain traces of other nuts, milk, and gluten.

Presentation: 80 g tin. Glass jars of 140 g, 215 g, and 420 g. Vacuum packed.

For catering: 2 kg vacuum-packed plastic container. 2,150 g glass jar.

Shelf life: 12 months for the tin, 18 months for the glass jar. Product without preservatives or additives. 100% natural.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation.

We inspect the dried fruit, previously selected by size (16 mm) and quality, to remove as many defective pieces as possible.

We cook it entirely by hand (about 1,700 g at a time), following a traditional recipe based on water, sugar, and plenty of patience. Once the candied almonds reach the perfect point, we remove them from the pan and let them cool. When cooled, we dip them in dark chocolate and then coat them with cocoa powder. Immediately afterward, we vacuum-pack them in glass jars to ensure the best possible preservation of the product.
