Presentation: Glass jars of 120 g, 190 g, and 375 g. Vacuum packed.

For catering: 500 g and 2 kg vacuum-packed plastic containers.

Shelf life: 18 months. Product without preservatives or additives. 100% natural.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place for optimal product preservation.

PREPARATION +

We inspect the dried fruit, previously selected by size (16 mm) and quality, to remove as many defective pieces as possible.

We then roast and salt it carefully, and vacuum-pack it to ensure better and longer-lasting preservation.
