It is the one\u00a0<strong>directly<\/strong>\u00a0carried out by <strong>producers or groups of agricultural producers<\/strong> in favour of the\u00a0<strong>final consumer<\/strong>, without the intervention of an intermediary person.<\/p>\n\n<p>Direct sales can be carried out in the\u00a0<strong>farm itself<\/strong>, in agrobotigues of the groups of agricultural producers, in local markets, in fairs-markets or elsewhere that are not permanent commercial establishments.<\/p>\n\n<p>Direct sales can also be made\u00a0<strong>remotely<\/strong>, or on a travelling basis in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on internal trade.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 04\/07\/2022 from the General Directorate of Agri-food Companies, Quality and Gastronomy they sent us the accreditation of adherence to the proximity sales system, according to DECREE 24\/2013, of January 8.
