{"id":18531,"date":"2025-07-14T16:26:14","date_gmt":"2025-07-14T16:26:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prioratnatur.com\/salon-gourmets-2025\/"},"modified":"2025-07-14T16:26:14","modified_gmt":"2025-07-14T16:26:14","slug":"salon-gourmets-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prioratnatur.com\/en\/salon-gourmets-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"SAL\u00d3N GOURMETS 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Priorat Natur at Sal\u00f3n Gourmets in Madrid: authentic flavours travelling from the Priorat.<\/p>\n\n<p>From April 7th to 10th, we took part in <strong>Sal\u00f3n Gourmets in Madrid<\/strong>, one of Europe\u2019s leading trade fairs for high-quality food and beverages.<\/p>\n\n<p>Once again, it was a great opportunity to share our way of understanding gastronomy.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What did we bring to the fair?<\/h3>\n\n<p>We proudly presented our:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/strong>, &#8220;Neus Premium&#8221;, &#8220;Neus&#8221; i &#8220;Priorat Natur&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Artisan nuts \u2013 roasted and candied<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A selection of jams, olive spread, quince paste, and other artisan specialties<\/strong> handcrafted in Falset, in the heart of the Priorat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>All with the aim of <strong>continuing to share the essence of Priorat<\/strong> around the world, bringing our unique flavours to new markets and gourmet industry professionals.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Institutional visits that inspire us<\/h3>\n\n<p>We received a visit from the <strong>Minister of Agriculture, \u00d2scar Ordeig<\/strong>, as well as the <strong>Delegate of the Government of the Generalitat in Madrid, N\u00faria Mar\u00edn<\/strong>, the <strong>Head of the Delegation\u2019s Cabinet, N\u00faria Ribas P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, and the <strong>Director of PRODECA, D\u00e8lia Perpi\u00f1\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>It was a pleasure to speak with all of them about our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the promotion of local products. Their trust and support encourage us to keep working hard.<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Thank you for making it possible.<\/h3>\n\n<p>We also want to thank <strong>all the clients and potential collaborators<\/strong> who visited us these days.
