This is our first wine. We like to say that this is the best introduction to Priorat.
If you don’t know anything about Priorat, or you have it clear but you want to recover its very essence, this is your wine. 
Fruity and mineral, as a Priorat wine must be, and without any interference.
It is so versatile that we call it “our jack of all trades”.

 dry red wine with the aromas of the ripe grape and fresh at the same time. Very fruity. 

 Llicorella (slate from the Carboniferous Period). 

 above all, it is a wine characterised by his great versatility. It goes very well with food with floral notes, aromatic herbs, pepper, anise or cinnamon, balsamic touches, toasted hints or touches of patisserie. It also combines with fleshy and filling fish. The most appropriate ways of cooking – it is difficult to make a selection! It is a wine made to serve with everything. We could talk about boiled and stewed dishes, spicy foods and risottos.

Grape varieties: Black grenache and carignan wine

Each grape variety is fermented separately. The maceration is long and at a temperature between 26 and 28ºC. Afterwards, the malolactic fermentation takes place. Once finished, the coupage is made and bottled.

 between 16º and 18ºC
