Black bean hummus



For hummus:

- 200g of boiled beans

- 50ml of very cold water

- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Snow"

- 3 tablespoons tahini

- 1 tablespoon cumin

- 1 tablespoon salt

- ½ squeezed lemon



- Black olives

- Arbequina olives

- Corn

- Green pepper

- Salted almonds

- Cherry tomatoes

- Sesame seeds




We will put all the ingredients in a bowl, we will mix and grind them until well blended. Once the hummus is obtained, we will place it on a plate and proceed to add the garnishes: black and arbequina olives, corn, chopped green pepper, salted almonds, beans, chopped tomatoes, sesame seeds and finally, a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
