Small toast with roasted red pepper jam, goat cheese and anchovy

This easy starter combines sweet and salty flavors. If you like tasting new combinations, don't hesitate to cook this plate!

INGREDIENTS:

Small bread toasts

Roasted red pepper jam

Goat cheese

Anchovies

PREPARATION METHOD:

Spread the roasted red pepper jam onto the small bread toasts. Then, add the goat cheese. Some shops already offer sliced goat cheese, you can buy it like this or cut it to your taste. 

Once its added, it's the turn for the anchovies. You can cut them and served them as you can see in the picture or, if you prefer, they can be rolled and placed on the small toast as well. 

Now our recipie is ready to serve and enjoy!
