Shrimps skewers with Romesco


Half a kilo of fresh shrimps

Neus Extra Virgin olive oil




Artisanal Romesco sauce from Priorat Natur



Boil the shrimps for a few minutes. Once cooked, allow to cool and peel them, removing the nerve.

Put some Neus Extra Virgin olive oil in a fryingpan and grill the shrimps. You can add some salt and pepper.

Place the shrimps on skewers. You can serve them on a stray to your taste.You can end by adding some Romesco on the shrimps, like we show you in the picture. You can also add a pinch of parsley.
