Quince paste skewer with duck ham

INGREDIENTS

Traditional artisan quince paste or artisan orange quince paste

Duck ham

A long skewer

PREPARATION METHOD 

1 Cut the quince paste into small pieces. You can use traditional quince paste, but the orange quince paste gives a special touch to the dish.

2 Wrap the quince paste dice with a piece of duck ham and thread it onto the skewer.
The different skewers can be served in a full glass of rice to keep them still.
