Curly endive salad with romesco sauce and cod

Ingredients:

  • 1 tomato
  • 1,5 or 2 curly endive
  • Arbequina olives
  • 12 anchovy
  • 480g of desalted cod

 

Preparation:

  1. Wash the curly endive and dry it.
  2. Give out in the plate and put it on the cod, shredded with hands, the anchovy, and the tomato carved in half and the olives.
  3. Dress the salad with the romesco sauce and serve it.
