Small toast with tomato preserve and anchovy

INGREDIENTS

Small toasts of bread

Anchovies

Priorat Natur clove tomato confiture

Parmesan cheese (optional)

PREPARATION METHOD

1 Spread some clove tomato confiture on the small toast of bread (you can buy the toasts or if you prefer, you can take a small slice of bread and toast it to your taste)

2 Put a small piece of anchovy over the preserve (if you like cheese, you can add some grated parmesan).

The sweetness of the confiture combined with the salty anchovy is amazing!!

Very easy and fascinating!
