Clams with romesco sauce

Ingredients

2 rations

600g of clams

8 tablespoons of romesco sauce

200 ml cooking cream

Parsley

 

Elaboration

Cook steamed clams to open and preserve all the flavor, on the other hand heat the cream and add 8 tablespoons romesco sauce. Next we add the drained clams and the romesco sauce mixed with the cream. Mix everything well and serve it with a little chopped parsley.
