Chocolate ice-cream with olive oil and Maldon salt

Take a look at our culinary proposals for this summer! Today's suggestion is a new way of enjoying your chocolate ice-cream: combinig it with our Neus Extra Virgin olive oil and a pinch of Maldon salt.

Chocolate ice-cream 

Neus Extra Virgin olive oil 

Maldon salt 

 

ELABORATION METHOD 

To do this easy recipe you only need to serve the chocolate ice-cream in a bowl. To do so, we recommend you to use an ice-cream spoon  to get a more rounded form and a better presentation. Once it is served, you can add a dash of our Neus Extra virgin olive oil. Do it carefully in order to get a good mixture of both flavors. Then, add the final touch by adding some Maldon salt on the top. This recipe is ideal for those who love mixing sweet and salty flavors, an irresistible combination that will make you fall in love!
